super clean room spacious premises

i found the room super clean. the spacious premises featured a restaurant and a bar. the staff was super nice and accommodating, really.

the pillows felt a little too massive for my liking.

efficient check-in friendly staff comfortable beds

the late check-in worked efficiently at 02:00. reception staff are friendly. the beds offered good comfort and i appreciate the balcony. the hotel seemed quiet.

the carpet showed wear with old stains. this exists in the area approaching the room. refurbishment is needed.

Underwhelming Stay Close to Airport

stained carpet empty minibar

The carpet in my room was badly stained, a clear sign of neglect. It. The minibar was also completely empty. I expected at least a few basic beverages. finding my way around the hotel reminded me of a maze. There were no clear signs, and I spent a lot of time wandering.

friendly staff plenty parking great pool terrible food expensive menu unavailable menu

i found the staff very friendly. they were cute. there was plenty of parking. the pool seemed great for young families when i stayed in the summer months.

the food was terrible. it was very expensive. half of the menu wasn't available. all kids menu items were unavailable even though the hotel claimed kids eat for free.

friendly staff fresh food spacious dining dirty entrance overflowing trash old carpeting

The staff was super friendly! maria and emma took great care of me. That was really appreciated. i arrived early and the food and drinks were fresh and AMAZING!!! i'd love to come back again.

the tower entrance was dirty, with trash overflowing outside. there was a random mattress laying at the bottom of the stairs. old carpeting and trash were at the top of the stairs.

Fantastic Stay!

clean room accessible power spacious premise outdoor area

The room was very clean. I appreciated the desk and accessible power sockets. WiFi worked fine too. I enjoyed the spacious premises with the restaurant and bar. The outdoor area was pleasant with a beautiful pond and plants. The pool was lovely, a great feature for families with kids. It offered a refreshing experience after a long day.

The pillows were too big and not comfortable enough.
